Furnace Installation
In-home assessment, right-sized equipment, and a clean, permitted install with the timeline confirmed up front.
About our furnace installation service
A properly sized high-efficiency furnace runs quieter, costs less to operate, and lasts longer. We measure your home and its heat loss before recommending equipment, so you do not end up over-sized or under-heated. Installs are permitted and inspected, and we walk you through the manufacturer warranty that comes with the equipment you choose.
Sizing is where most Innisfil furnace installs go sideways. A 100,000 BTU unit dropped into a 1,900 sq ft Alcona semi will short-cycle all winter and leave the upstairs bedrooms cold anyway. We measure the home before we quote, and in practice that means a lot of homes here end up with a smaller, modulating furnace than the one being replaced. Lakefront properties around Big Bay Point and Gilford need extra attention at the vent termination, because prevailing wind off Lake Simcoe will push exhaust straight back at an undersized clearance.

Where we provide furnace installation
Innisfil is home base, and our trucks run the same routes daily across Simcoe County and north York Region.
- Barrie In Barrie the calls concentrate in the south end, where Painswick, Ardagh and Holly subdivisions are running the original builder furnaces past their fifteenth winter.
- Bradford West Gwillimbury Bradford and Bond Head homes back onto the Holland Marsh, and the damp cold there is unforgiving on a system that was never balanced for the ductwork it feeds.
- Essa Angus, Baxter and the CFB Borden housing sit on open ground where wind-driven snow buries side-wall vents, which is the single most common cause of a no-heat lockout out there.
- East Gwillimbury Holland Landing, Sharon and Queensville have grown fast, so most of what we service there is newer high-efficiency equipment needing commissioning corrections rather than replacement.
- Springwater Midhurst, Elmvale and the Snow Valley custom builds are in the snowbelt, where a heating system has to hold a design temperature several degrees colder than Barrie's.
- Newmarket Newmarket's older Gorham and Glenway neighbourhoods still hold plenty of mid-efficiency equipment that is cheaper to replace than to keep feeding gas.
- Oro-Medonte Many Oro-Medonte and Horseshoe Valley properties are off the gas main entirely, so heating decisions there weigh propane cost against a heat pump conversion.
- New Tecumseth Alliston, Beeton and Tottenham see steady demand around the Honda plant shift schedule, and we book those calls early morning or evening to suit it.
