About our water heater installation service

Buying a tank water heater is straightforward, installing it correctly is not. We size for your household demand, install to code with proper venting and expansion tanks, and haul the old unit away. Both gas and electric options available.

Water heater replacement here is usually a rental conversion. A large share of Innisfil, Barrie, and Bradford homes are still paying monthly on a rented tank that has long since been paid for several times over, and owning outright pays back in roughly three to five years. We handle the buyout coordination, upgrade the venting where the old natural-draft setup no longer meets code, and add a drain pan on any finished-basement install.

Rebates: qualifying equipment can draw Ontario incentives and federal financing, and we prepare the paperwork with your quote. See current Ontario HVAC rebates.

Where we provide water heater installation

Innisfil is home base, and our trucks run the same routes daily across Simcoe County and north York Region.

  • Barrie Barrie's older housing stock has plenty of undersized or aging gas piping that needs upgrading before a new appliance can be connected safely.
  • Bradford West Gwillimbury Bradford's larger family households burn through hot water fast, which is why tankless conversions are popular there.
  • Essa Rural Essa properties north toward Newton Robinson are frequently on propane, and appliance conversion has to be done and documented properly.
  • East Gwillimbury Newer East Gwillimbury homes commonly arrive with a rental water heater the owner would rather replace and own outright.
  • Springwater Hard well water through Springwater scales tanks and tankless heat exchangers, so we plan descaling into every install we do out there.
  • Newmarket Newmarket's finished basements make appliance venting routes the deciding factor in what equipment can actually go in.
  • Oro-Medonte Seasonal and cottage properties around Oro-Medonte need equipment and gas work that tolerates being shut down for months at a time.
  • New Tecumseth Alliston and Beeton homes often pair a gas fireplace with the main heating system, and both need annual attention to keep venting safe.
